About Us

We are Ben and Andrew, students from UCLA and USC who have firsthand experience with the challenges of finding affordable, quality housing throughout college. As friends and fellow students, we decided to tackle this issue head-on, not just for ourselves, but for all college students facing similar struggles. That’s how Noma was born.

  • At Noma, our mission is to provide rapid, affordable housing solutions by utilizing our partners’ innovative prefabricated homes. We transform underutilized land in college towns to meet the evolving needs of today’s students. We aim to alleviate housing shortages by maximizing space efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. Our goal is to reduce labor and material costs, creating value for colleges and students alike. Student success is our priority.
